Court rejects bail pleas of CBI officer, Anil Deshmukh's lawyer in 'leaked report' case

A Delhi Court on Wednesday rejected the bail applications of Anil Deshmukh's lawyer Anand Daga and Sub-Inspector Abhishek Tiwari, who were arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the leak of the agency's preliminary inquiry report. The CBI opposed the bail applications of the duo before the court on the grounds that bail might hamper the investigation that's at an initial stage.
