Country must get out of poll mode, govts work for people: Naveen

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday said it was high time the country got out of election mode and allowed elected governments to function.
Udupi district reported 74.17% polling in South West Graduates’ Constituency and 80.75% polling in South West Teachers’ Constituency in the Legislative Council elections conducted on Monday.
The Legislative Council elections went off peacefully in Dakshina Kannada on Monday with the South West Graduates’ Constituency recording 72.87% polling and South West Teachers’ Constituency reporting 75.71% polling.
