Consistent effort key to India’s growth in space technology, says ISRO chairman

India has made great strides in space technology and attained global leadership through sheer hard work and consistent effort, V. Narayanan, Secretary, Department of Space, and Chairman, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), said in Tiruchi on Saturday.
