The vice president was also slammed as “disrespectful” and “appalling."
Vice President JD Vance was branded a “condescending prick” and more this week over the way he claimed to have welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy into the Oval Office on Monday.
In a Wednesday interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Vance recalled telling Zelenskyy just before his meeting with President Donald Trump: “Mr. President, so long as you behave, I won’t say anything.”
Zelenskyy, Vance said, “just chuckled a little bit.”
Vance described the remark to Ingraham as a “good little icebreaker.”
The vice president, though, had previously clashed with Zelenskyy during a February Oval Office meeting when he accused the Ukrainian leader of not showing enough gratitude for U.S. aid to combat Russia’s ongoing invasion.
