Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department has warned of expected poor horizontal visibility later tonight due to mist and fog in some areas.

In its daily weather report published on Friday, March 13, 2026, the department said the inshore weather until 6am on Saturday will be relatively cold with some clouds, becoming misty to foggy in places later.

Offshore conditions will see some clouds and hazy weather, the report added.

Wind inshore will be mainly northeasterly at a speed of 5 to 15 knots, gusting to 25 knots with thundery rain. Offshore winds will be mainly northeasterly to northwesterly at 4 to 14 knots.

The sea state inshore is expected to range between 1 and 3 feet, while offshore waves will be between 2 and 4 feet.
