People have flooded the CEO's company with negative reviews on Google.
The man who allegedly snatched Polish tennis player Kamil Majchrzak’s autographed cap from a young fan at the U.S. Open has been identified.
People are outraged after a video went viral over the weekend, in which Majchrzak is seen signing autographs for fans after his match Thursday. When Majchrzak signed his hat and tried to give it to a young fan, a man standing next to the young fan snatched it away from him. The young fan can be seen pleading with the man to give it to him, but the man ignored him.
Majchrzak confirmed to the New York Post that the man in the video is Piotr Szczerek, and he sponsors Majchrzak’s tennis federation in Poland.
“Obviously it was some kind of confusion,” Majchrzak, a 29-year-old professional tennis player, told the New York Post.
He continued: “I was pointing, giving the hat, but I had a lot going on after my match, after being super tired and super excited for the win. I just missed it. I had like a dead look if you know what I mean. I’m sure the guy was also acting in the moment of heat, in the moment of emotions.”
