CeeDee Lamb calls out Cowboys as Micah Parsons contract drama boils over
NY Post
CeeDee Lamb doesn’t appear pleased with the fallout of Micah Parsons’ contract dispute.
The star Cowboys wide receiver posted a cryptic message on X on Friday, the same day his teammate demanded a trade from the team.
“Never fails dawg,” Lamb wrote on the platform. “Just pay the man what you owe em. No need for the extra curricular.”
Lamb, 26, is entering his sixth season with the Cowboys and signed a four-year, $136 million extension in August last year.
His remarks came less than an hour after Parsons expressed a desire to leave Dallas after failing to come to terms on a new deal.
“Unfortunately I no longer want to be here,” Parsons, who is entering the final year of his rookie deal, wrote on social media. “I no longer want to be held to close door negotiations without my agent present. I no longer want shots taken at me for getting injured while laying it on the line for the organization our fans and my teammates… I have made a tough decision I no longer want to play for the Dallas Cowboys.”
