A CBS report highlighted a Minnesota town upset about local mining for nickel, a metal used in electric vehicle batteries, funded by the Biden administration.
"75% of battery manufacturing is done in China. To change that, the Biden administration is awarding $2.8 billion in grants to a dozen states all in an effort to boost battery production.
