California police officers recovered an American flag that had been stolen from a woman's front porch and then then rehung the flag after arresting the suspect.
After successfully untying the flag, the man, who was seen wearing black shorts, a gray sweatshirt and a blue beanie, was seen wearing the stars and stripes as a cape around his shoulders. Sarah Rumpf-Whitten is a breaking news writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
