Browns sign Tyler Huntley to add fifth arm to QB battle
NY Post
The Browns have added another quarterback to the mix.
Cleveland is already home to a quarterback battle between a whopping four players — Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders — but now the Browns have added one more player into the equation by signing Tyler Huntley, per ESPN.
While the quarterback room is quite full, the addition of a fifth QB in Huntley seems to be due to a stretch of bad injury luck for Cleveland.
Pickett hasn’t fully participated in a practice since July 26 due to a hamstring injury, Gabriel was limited Monday with hamstring tightness and Sanders was held out Saturday with arm soreness.
While Sanders returned Monday, the 40-year-old Flacco is the only quarterback of the four to not be sidelined at all yet this offseason.
Huntley’s decision to join the Browns marks a reunion as the 27-year-old spent training camp with Cleveland a season ago.

‘Freak of nature: Zion Williamson’s resurgence could pose a Knicks problem versus motivated Pelicans
Zion Williamson is slimmer and healthier for his trip to MSG.

Almost a year to the day after a goaltender interference call against Kyle Palmieri lost the Islanders a game against the Blue Jackets that started their season’s death spiral, they were on the wrong end of another controversial call against those same Blue Jackets that might have had the same effect.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.
