Bombay High Court granted this relief on Thursday to Eknath Khadse, who was seeking pre-arrest bail, in the Pune land deal case where the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating him.
Bombay High Court granted NCP leader Eknath Khadse interim protection from arrest in a money laundering case pertaining to the 2016 Pune land deal matter. During the one-week-long protection, he will have to approach the special PMLA court to seek regular bail.
Justice NW Sambre granted this relief on Thursday to Eknath Khadse, who was seeking pre-arrest bail in a case where the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating him.
