Three persons died and two others sustained injuries after some "unstable chemical" caused an explosion at a godown in Bengaluru on Thursday.

Three persons died and two others sustained injuries after some "unstable chemical" caused an explosion at the godown of a goods-carrying vehicles service company in Bengaluru on Thursday.

The incident took place at around 12 pm. Fire tenders from different stations rushed to the spot in Chamarajpet's Rayon Circle by 12:20 pm and brought the fire under control.
