BJP vs TMC in West Bengal, this time over state Bar Council letter to CJI 

The BJP has accused the TMC of trying to browbeat judiciary. The BJP’s charge followed the Bar Council of West Bengal’s letter to the Chief Justice of India seeking removal of Calcutta High Court’s Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal.
