Bombay High Court has reserved it's judgement on the anticipatory bail application of Union Minister Narayan Rane's son.
The Maharashtra police on Thursday informed the Bombay High Court that there was ample evidence against BJP MLA Nitesh Rane to show his complicity in an attempt to murder case and said that the offence was not registered because of any mocking incident.
Rane has been accused by Maharashtra police of being the main conspirator behind the 'attempt to murder' incident which allegedly took place on December 18, 2021 in the Kankavli region of Maharashtra. A Shiv Sena party member, Santosh Parab was hit by a car. Subsequently, the assailants got down from the car and stabbed him in the chest.
