A local Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) local leader was shot at in West Bengal's Nadia district late Sunday night. The BJP has alleged that the Trinamool Congress is behind the attack.
A 32-year-old local Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader was shot at and injured in Haringhata area of West Bengal's Nadia district, the police said on Sunday. As per a report in PTI, police personnel found Sanjay Das near a tea stall at Kapileswar Santoshpur and admitted him to a hospital. Das, a booth president of the BJP under ward no. 10 of Haringhata Municipality, is stated to be out of danger, reported PTI.More Related News
