Baghel held at Lucknow airport, Jairam Ramesh recalls then Gujarat CM Modi's Mumbai visit after 26/11

After UP Police prevented Bhupesh Baghel from moving out of Lucknow airport, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh wrote on Twitter that in the immediate aftermath of 26/11, the then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi was never stopped from addressing the media in Mumbai itself.
