
'Atmospheric river' pounds California, Washington, Oregon with heavy rain, wind; thousands lose power

West Coast customers were left without power on Tuesday morning after an atmospheric river brought wet weather and dangerous travel conditions across three states.
The storm brought strong winds, heavy rainfall and snow, sending temperatures plummeting in some areas. Julia Musto is a reporter for Fox News and Fox Business Digital.
There were numerous reports of roadway flooding and downed trees as the system traveled southward.
