Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday directed all circle officers to eliminate all 'middlemen' from the system so that the common public is empowered to get their land-related work done without any hassle. Himanta Biswa Sarma was speaking at the two-day state level conference of ADCs (Revenue) and Circle Officers organised by the state Revenue & Disaster Management department in Guwahati.
