Internet sleuths instantly tried to link celebrities, including Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor, to the drama.
Ashely Tisdale set the parenting world ablaze earlier this week when the former “High School Musical” star wrote about the drama of her “toxic mom group.”
In an essay for The Cut, called “Breaking Up With My Toxic Mom Group,” the mother of two explores dynamics that many moms know all too well.
“I remember being left out of a couple of group hangs, and I knew about them because Instagram made sure it fed me every single photo and Instagram Story,” she wrote in her essay.
“Another time, at one of the mom’s dinner parties, I realized where I sat with her — which was at the end of the table, far from the rest of the women. I was starting to feel frozen out of the group, noticing every way that they seemed to exclude me.”
Tisdale wrote that she eventually exited the group via group text, and wrote, “This is too high school for me and I don’t want to take part in it anymore” to her fellow moms.
