Former skipper Michael Clarke feels that head coach Justin Langer could step down from his position if Australia can win the Ashes 2021-22 after clinching their maiden T20 World Cup title.

Langer, who was appointed as Australia's chief coach in the aftermath of the infamous 2018 ball-tampering scandal, guided the Aaron Finch-led side to their maiden T20 World Cup title on Sunday.
