Aryan Khan's phone had chats with over 30 people mentioning weed: NCB chargesheet

The NCB in its chargesheet mentions Aryan Khan's friends' statements and chats with conversations about obtaining drugs. Several such chats have been submitted in the chargesheet.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in its chargesheet details statements of Aryan Khan's friends and submitted several chats with conversations about obtaining contraband. During remand, Khan's lawyers had stated that the chats were from earlier days when he used to study abroad.
In the chargesheet, chats with over 30 people have been mentioned with whom Khan is talking about drugs. As per the chargesheet, there are three groups in which such discussions took place. The last conversation mentioned in the chargesheet is from May and June 2021, just a few months before Khan's arrest.
A childhood friend of Aryan Khan, had told the NCB that the latter had admitted to smoking hash and weed while he was in the USA, and that he had procured it multiple times in the US as it is legal there. The friend claimed that he had heard that Aryan smokes weed/hash in India too.
In the chat conversation on March 9, 2020, the friend texted “Just weed” to which Aryan said, “No you can’t fully drink on it”. The friend replies, “I tried Molly also once again some gig and I genuinely thought I was going to die, They had to take me home and shit lol”. Aryan said, “You’re supposed to drink a couple of beers, and smoke weed, and you chill off xan, Molly and all are shorty”.

In another conversation dated November 24, 2018, Aryan said, “You know where I can get weed from?” to which the friend said “Not here idk any dealers, Nick will know??”. Aryan responds with “Ask na, I'll ask Nick”.
In a chat on March 22, 2019, Aryan says, “I'll bring weed”, to which the friend says “There’s enough here dw”. The friend says, “Roll it and bring then, This one 400 W8th St.” Aryan says “I have a pipe, I’ll get it rolled from the dispensary”. The friend says, “Okay fine cool, U don’t know how to roll?”, to which Aryan says “No lol”.
