Aroldis Chapman says ‘everything’s fine’ with Aaron Boone after Yankees outburst
NY Post
BOSTON — Aroldis Chapman said “everything’s fine” between he and Aaron Boone after they disagreed about how to approach the ninth inning in Wednesday’s game against the Royals in The Bronx, when they initially agreed to have him pitch to Carlos Santana — only for Boone to change his mind when he got back to the dugout.
Boone opted to walk Santana intentionally to load the bases and have Chapman pitch to Sebastian Rivero. Chapman ended up walking Rivero on four pitches to force in a run. The Yankees came back and won the game despite Chapman’s blown save.More Related News

The cold, unappetizing truth for Steve Cohen is that he has only one person to blame for the backlash presently aimed at his baseball team, and it isn’t David Stearns.
