Social activist Anna Hazare has threatened to go on indefinite hunger strike against the Maharashtra government’s .
Mr. Hazare had sent a letter on February 3 to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray opposing government’s wine policy. In a reminder that was sent on Saturday, he said that since no response was given to him and if the decision is not withdrawn, he will sit on a indefinite hunger strike from February 14 at his home-village Ralegan Siddhi in Ahmadnagar district.

The Karnataka government will discuss with officials the possibility of creating a portal for unemployed youth to share their details and access job opportunities in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), Minister for Small Industries and Public Enterprises Sharanabasappa Darshanapur said in the Legislative Council on Tuesday.
