The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to Chairman of the Transitional Military Council of Chad Lieutenant-General Mahamat Idriss Deby regarding bilateral relations between the two countries and the ways to develop them. The message was delivered by Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of Qatar in Chad Abdul Sattar Saleh Al Ansari during his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, International Cooperation and Chadians Abroad of Chad Mahamat Zene Cherif.
