New Delhi: An Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner was grounded after its fuel control switch failed to remain in the “run” position twice and moved to “cutoff” during engine start-up, NDTV reported.
An Air India spokesperson said that they were” aware that one of our pilots has reported a possible defect on the fuel control switch of a Boeing 787-8 aircraft," NDTV reported.
A Boeing spokesperson had also confirmed that they were in touch with Air India and were “supporting their review” into the matter.
