Aaron Rodgers attends UFC 303 in first public appearance since ditching Jets’ minicamp
NY Post
A Jet-setting Aaron Rodgers, no pun intended, seems to be everywhere, except at Gang Green’s mandatory minicamp earlier this month.
The 40-year-old quarterback attended Saturday night’s UFC 303 card in Las Vegas, his first public appearance since playing hooky from minicamp.
Rodgers, who was sitting next to former Packers teammate Marcedes Lewis, was part of a packed crowd of 18,881.
Lewis now plays tight end for the Bears.
This comes after Rodgers returned from a trip in Egypt as reported on FS1’s “The Herd” on Thursday in a conversation between Marquez Valdes-Scantling — Rodgers’ former teammate on the Packers — and host Jason McIntyre.
Valdes-Scantling told McIntyre that he worked out with Rodgers in the Los Angeles area Wednesday.

‘Freak of nature: Zion Williamson’s resurgence could pose a Knicks problem versus motivated Pelicans
Zion Williamson is slimmer and healthier for his trip to MSG.

Almost a year to the day after a goaltender interference call against Kyle Palmieri lost the Islanders a game against the Blue Jackets that started their season’s death spiral, they were on the wrong end of another controversial call against those same Blue Jackets that might have had the same effect.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.
