2015 IAS topper Tina Dabi has thanked people for their wishes on her engagement to fellow IAS officer Pradeep Gawande.
Wishes poured in as soon as 2015 IAS topper Tina Dabi shared a picture with her fiancé Pradeep Gawande announcing their engagement. Today, she took to social media again to thank people for their wishes.
"Would like to thanks everyone for all the wishes we have received today on calls, messages and social media," she said.
On Tuesday, Dabi shared a picture of her fiancé, Pradeep Gawande, captioned: “I’m wearing the smile you gave me.” Gawande, too, shared a photo of the couple and captioned it: “Together, is my favourite place to be!”
Pradeep Gawande was a doctor before he became an IAS officer, and hails from Maharashtra. At present, he is serving as Director of the Archeology & Museums, Rajasthan. He is reportedly 13 years older than Tina.
Pradeep and Tina were seeing each other for four months prior to the announcement of their wedding.
In 2015, Tina Dabi became the first person from the Dalit community to top the prestigious civil services examination. Dabi and Khan first announced their relationship on Facebook in 2016 and later their marriage in 2018. The couple officially announced their separation in 2020.
