Rizwan Ahmed (25) and Mohsin Sayyed (32) have been accused of being members of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and instigating youth to join the proscribed terror outfit in 2015. The case was being investigated by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad but later the NIA took over the probe.
