1st T20I: Venkatesh Iyer makes debut for India against New Zealand in Jaipur

1st T20I: India captain Rohit Sharma said that Venkatesh Iyer will play as the all-rounder in their first T20I against New Zealand with Mohammed Siraj included in the squad and Shreyas Iyer making a return.

Venkatesh Iyer will be making his international debut as India bowl first in their first T20I against New Zealand in Jaipur on Wednesday. Captain Rohit Sharma said that India have also included Shreyas Iyer, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Siraj and Deepak Chahar in the squad with Venkatesh acting as the all-rounder.
