A 13-year-old boy died due to electrocution while placing a rod with a DMK flag to welcome Tamil Nadu Minister Dr K Ponmudy. The rod had come in contact with a high tension wire.
A 13-year-old boy died due to electrocution while putting a DMK flag to welcome party leader and Tamil Nadu Minister Dr K Ponmudy. More than 10 men were doing the same work when the incident took place on Sunday near Mambalampattu Road in Tamil Nadu's Viluppuram. The deceased boy, identified as Dinesh, was a student of 8th standard at the Poondhottam Government School. He had gone along with the men to plant DMK flags at a wedding hall, booked by the highway department, where Dr K Ponmudy, the state's Minister For Higher Education, was to visit.More Related News
