10% of India’s adults are fully vaccinated so far

As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India has fully vaccinated 10 per cent of the eligible people, so far.

India has fully vaccinated 9.54 crore of its 94.5 crore adult population so far, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The country launched its Covid inoculation drive in mid-January, starting with healthcare workers, the frontliners and the elderly. The programme was expanded in April to cover 45 pluses followed by people aged 18 and above in May.
