A travel hack using a hotel coffee maker to wash underwear is sparking outrage after a TikTok influencer shared a viral video suggesting what some later called a "disgusting" tip.

In the clip, Woodcox suggested placing the garment in the coffee filter compartment and running the brew cycle — so that hot water could flow over it.
