Doha, Qatar: University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) has launched its comprehensive new Wellness Strategy 2025–2027 during a special press conference attended by senior officials, including H E Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and President of the Qatar Collegiate Sports Federation; Dr.Salem Al-Naemi, President of the UDST, along with representatives from government, academia, and the wider community.
While the UDST already offers significant wellness resources on campus, the new strategy will further enhance awareness and expand opportunities for collaboration both internally and with external partners. As part of its rollout, the UDST also introduced a monthly wellness calendar, dedicating each month to one of the eight wellness dimensions: physical, mental, social, occupational, environmental, financial, spiritual, and cultural.
