TTD to issue darshan tokens for local residents on December 2. The tokens for darshan on December 3, first Tuesday of the month, are initially scheduled to be distributed on December 1, but deferred by a day due to inclement weather.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced the revised dates for issuing darshan tokens to the local residents following inclement weather.
The tokens for darshan on December 3, 2024 (first Tuesday of the month), initially scheduled to be distributed on December 1, will now be issued on December 2 at 5 a.m., at the Mahathi Auditorium in Tirupati and the Community Hall in Tirumala.
As part of meeting the long-pending demand of the residents to extend them the privilege of having the darshan of Lord Venkateswara, the TTD Trust Board, during its first meeting recently, had announced to extend them the privilege on the first Tuesday of every month.
Citizens of Tirumala, Tirupati, Chandragiri and Renigunta can avail themselves of the benefit by presenting their Aadhaar card at the designated ticket counters.
