Trump took to social media to weigh in on Jessica Tarlov after she named what wouldn't be "a bad thing to do" following the Manhattan massacre.
President Donald Trump took on Fox News host Jessica Tarlov on Tuesday after she called for gun control and honored the families of the victims of this week’s deadly mass shooting in New York City.
“I can’t stand Jessica Tarlov of THE FIVE. A real loser!!! DJT,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
Tarlov — the resident liberal on Fox News’ “The Five” — used Tuesday’s episode to note that she knows people who knew two of the victims before speaking about late NYPD Officer Didarul Islam, who leaves behind two kids and a wife who is 8 months pregnant.
Tarlov later referred to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) calling on Congress to pass a federal assault weapons ban and officials’ claims that the shooting suspect had a documented mental health history.
Trump’s post arrived in the same minute that Tarlov called for gun control on air.
The case had frustrated authorities for years as they had failed to identify the person responsible for placing the bombs.
