Multiple moments from Donald Trump’s marathon Cabinet meeting went viral Tuesday for the sycophantic way top officials appeared to compete in showering the president with praise.
The progressive MeidasTouch Network compiled several of the most cringeworthy comments into a damning supercut that also quickly spread online.
“Another successful cabinet meeting with Dear Leader,” the group mockingly captioned the 85-second montage, which by early Wednesday morning had racked up more than 1.5 million views on X, formerly Twitter.
The video includes footage of Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer inviting Trump “to see your big, beautiful face on a banner in front of the Department of Labor, because you are really the transformational president of the American worker,” Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, saying serving under Trump is “the greatest honor of my life”; and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent declaring, “Our country has never been so secure thanks to you,” adding that Trump “brought us back from the edge.”
