There’s the famous video, or perhaps infamous in the mind of Jalen Brunson, of the young point guard in the park being pushed through drills by his father.
Brunson looks annoyed in the video, a miserable, exhausted young teen. Rick Brunson doesn’t care. The shooting and dribbling requires repetition until it’s perfect.
“Everything you do has to be legit,” the father says.
Jalen clearly wants to quit.
