Doha: The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met today with Minister of External Affairs of the Republic of India HE Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, who is currently visiting the country.
The meeting dealt with reviewing the historic bilateral relations, and the means to enhance cooperation and partnership in different fields. The meeting also included the latest developments on the ground in Afghanistan in the security and political fields. HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of protecting civilians, intensifying efforts to reach a national reconciliation, and working towards a comprehensive political resolution that guarantees a peaceful transition of power in Afghanistan, in line with the gains made by the Afghan people.More Related News
