Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger endorses Democratic redistricting amendment that would likely remove all but one GOP congressman as voters prepare for April 21 referendum.

"I supported the formation of VA's bipartisan redistricting commission in 2020 and that support has not changed," Spanberger said in a video address Thursday. He joined Fox News in 2013 as a writer and production assistant.
