'Sickening': Jimmy Kimmel Holds Back Tears As He Rips Trump Admin Over Minneapolis
HuffPost
The late night host grew emotional as he spoke about the weekend's killing of a 37-year-old ICU nurse.
Jimmy Kimmel said he was left feeling “shocked and sick” over the weekend’s news out of Minneapolis, where federal agents shot and killed 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti while he was filming them.
“Just one atrocity after another being committed by this gang of poorly trained, shamefully led, mask-wearing goons,” Kimmel said. “And that is what they are: They’re goons committing vile, heartless and even criminal acts and it’s sickening to watch.”
Kimmel said the footage “clearly” shows that Pretti was “executed by ICE” then had a damning question for President Donald Trump’s supporters.
“Is that the law and order that you voted for if you voted for this?” he asked.
He said he has family in Minneapolis afraid to go to work and take their kids to school.
