Shura Council reviews parliamentary ties with US Congress

The Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Group with the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in the Shura Council, chaired by HE Nasser bin Khalil al-Jaida, member of the Shura Council, held a meeting on Tuesday with a delegation of congressional senior staff, currently visiting the country. During the meeting, they reviewed parliamentary relations between the Shura Council and the US Congress, and ways to support and develop them. The meeting was attended by HE Dahlan bin Jaman al-Hamad and HE Abdulla bin Fahad al-Marri, members of the Qatar Friendship Group. (QNA)
