Shura Council committee holds meeting

The Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting on Tuesday chaired by its Rapporteur HE Ali bin Abdullatif al-Misnad al-Mohannadi. During the meeting, the committee studied the situation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in light of the support provided by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to these enterprises to help them confront the difficulties they face due to the coronavirus pandemic. The committee decided to complete the study of this issue at its next meeting. The Services and Public Utilities Committee also held a meeting under its Rapporteur HE Mohamed bin Mahdi al-Ahbabi. The committee studied a draft law organising healthcare services in the country, and decided to complete its study at its next meeting.
