The State of Qatar participated in the meeting of the NATO Council and the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative countries, held at the Alliance's headquarters in Brussels, chaired by Ms. Radmila Šekerinska, Deputy Secretary General of NATO. Representing the State of Qatar at the meeting was Ms. Sarah bint Ahmed Al-Muhannadi, Chargé d'Affaires at the Mission of the State of Qatar to the European Union and NATO.
