Seth Meyers Turns This Trump Donation Into Absolutely 'Valuable' Punchline

The "Late Night" host had an "original" take to roast the president's contribution.
Seth Meyers on Tuesday mocked President Donald Trump after he announced that he donated his family’s copy of the Bible to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., this week.
“And it’s even more valuable because it’s still in the original wrapping,” quipped the “Late Night” host.
Trump, in remarks at the nonprofit museum on Monday, revealed that he delivered the copy of the Bible that his mother gave him. He later used that Bible during both of his inauguration ceremonies.
The president — who has pushed a $60 “God Bless The USA” version of the Bible, with hundreds of thousands of copies printed in China — once referred to the Bible as his “favorite book” but was unable to name his favorite verse back in 2015.
He’d later claim his favorite teaching from the Bible was the commandment of “an eye for an eye.”
