“Late Night” host Seth Meyers on Thursday clowned President Donald Trump for fuming over questions about the difficult economic reality that’s cratering his polling numbers in his second term.
Last week, Trump scolded a reporter for asking about the tens of millions of Americans facing the possibility of skyrocketing health care premiums next year, remarking, “Don’t make it sound so bad!”
The president also recently advised POLITICO’s Dasha Burns to not “be dramatic” when she asked him about people planning their budgets for next year as they buy presents this holiday season.
Meyers scoffed.
“Is this messy bitch telling us not to be dramatic?” Meyers said.
