Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Monday's trading higher by 64.71 points, or 0.57 percent, to settle at 11,405.01 points.
During the session, a total of 118,667,413 shares were traded, with a value of QR 413,598,055.427, through 29,253 transactions across all sectors.
Shares of 27 companies rose during the session, while 20 companies saw their stocks decline. Six companies maintained their previous closing prices.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QR 681,292,602,530.056, compared to QR 678,069,803,019.460 in the previous session.
