Qatar weather: Dust mass expected to gradually vanish this evening

The department of Meteorology of the Civil Aviation authority has said that the dust mass is expected to gradually vanish this evening. Fresh Northwesterly wind will continue until the weekend, reaching strong at places with blowing dust at times, and the marine warnings will also continues. The administration said in a statement that the country was exposed to the dust wave that formed in the Republic of Iraq and affected the State of Qatar from the last hours of yesterday night , and dawn today, as it included all areas. The weather service called on citizens to avoid direct exposure to this dust and wear masks to avoid entering the respiratory tract, and advised land and sea goers to be careful of the strong winds and the low horizontal vision with the need to adhere to safe leadership controls, closing the windows and maintaining a sufficient security distance.
