New York: The Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, HE Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), HE Jorge Moreira da Silva, at the Permanent Mission's seat in New York.

The meeting dealt with cooperation between the State of Qatar and UNOPS and ways to enhance it, particularly supporting initiatives and projects with a direct and sustainable impact, contributing to recovery and stabilization efforts in the Gaza Strip.
