Doha: Qatar Foundation’s summer programmes are back – with activities, camps, and classes taking place across Education City throughout June and August, at both indoor and outdoor facilities and for people of all ages and abilities.
Indoor sporting activities such as gymnastics and swimming are available at locations including Education City Recreation Centre and Qatar Academy Msheireb, while football academies with PSG Academy are taking place at QF’s Qatar Academy Al Wakra and Tariq Bin Ziad School.
Ladies Night fitness activities at the air-conditioned Education City Stadium will take place for ladies only, while for children, reading challenges and a summer camp will be held at Qatar National Library. And with the Ability Friendly Summer Camp taking place at Multaqa (Education City Student Center), children with disabilities can participate in activities such as gardening, or sports such as swimming. Qatar Foundation’s (QF) indoor facilities also include male and female gyms, squash courts, a games room, table tennis, bowling, and multi-purposes courts, among others, across Education City.
