Qatar following developments in Afghanistan, calls on all parties to maintain gains of Doha Agreement

Qatar announced that it has been following the developments in Afghanistan; and called on all parties to maintain the gains of the Doha Agreement and adhere to it, including that Afghanistan should not be a haven for terrorist and extremist individuals and organisations.

In a statement Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm and supportive position for regional and international efforts in countering terrorism and its financing, and all efforts aiming at enhancing international peace and security.
